Rooibos De Provence

Rooibos de Provence combines red rooibos with rose-hip, elderberry, blueberry, lavender and rose petals. The cup is soft and rounded at the base, with dark-fruit depth and a clearly floral finish rather than the sharpness of a hibiscus-led fruit infusion.

How to brew it

• Amount: 1 teaspoon per cup
• Water: Freshly boiled, 100°C
• Time: 3 minutes

Drink it plain first to keep the blueberry, lavender and rose clear. For a fuller cup, add a little more blend before increasing the time. If you prefer milk, brew slightly stronger and add a small splash; it will soften the rooibos and mute some of the flowers.

Hot or iced

For iced tea, use two teaspoons in half a glass of boiling water, infuse for three to four minutes, strain, cool promptly and pour over plenty of ice.
