Rustic Black metal Soldier Statue. A Lest We Forget home and garden decoration.

These Soldier's are made from a high grade 2mm thick steel, which we then put through a rusting process to give them an aged patina.

Lovingly rusted by the sun, wind and rain here in Norfolk, these are then sprayed Black over the rust to give a slightly mottled distressed appearance.

Dimensions are approximately:

Height- 51cms

Width- 16cms

The soldier has a pointed end at the base,  so it can easily be inserted into the lawn, flowerbed or plant pot.

Our rusty metal items are very versatile and will age according to the environment they are in. They can easily given a coat of everyday varnish to preserve their current patina or just simply left as they are. It all really depends on the look you are after. They can also be or given a quick spray or paint in the colour of your choice if you ever fancy a change in colour.
