How to Use

Cold therapy:
Place the wrap in the freezer for 1–3 hours, depending on your preferred temperature. If it feels too cold, wrap in a towel before applying. Use for up to 20 minutes at a time.

Heat therapy:
Warm the wrap in the microwave with a microwave-safe glass half-filled with water. Heat in 30-second intervals, moving the wrap between each interval to ensure even warmth.

Maximum heating times:

• 2 minutes at 850W
• 3 minutes at 600W

Always test the temperature on your wrist before use. Apply for 10–20 minutes, then wait 20–30 minutes before reheating or reapplying.
