What Is Soup Mix?
Our Soup mix, is a mixture of different lentils and pearl barley.
Why Should I Get Soup Mix ?
This soup mix is perfect for making stews, minestrone or a hearty vegetable soup.
To Cook without soaking: Add 1 cup of mix to 3 cups of water. Bring to boil and simmer for 35 minutes or until tender. To Cook with soaking: Soak 1 cup of mix for 6-8 hours. - Drain and place in 3 cups of fresh water. - Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes, or until tender.
