The Health Project Fibre Blend delivers an unflavoured blend of soluble and insoluble fibre. Each serving provides 5g of dietary fibre from VITACEL® Oat Fibre, Chicory Root Extract and Psyllium Husk Powder.
As THP Fibre is unflavoured it is extremely versatile and can be mixed with water, fruit juice, greens smoothies or added to baking recipes to increase the fibre content.
Recommended Usage
Add one scoop (8g) to 400ml of chilled water or fruit juice and mix well for 20-30 seconds. Once mixed consume immediately.
Consume up to three servings per day, ensuring to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
