  • HARD WEARING JIG: CNC machined from 12mm thick Compact Grade High Pressure Laminate for durability and precision. Designed for trade professionals and capable of cutting both parts of the joint in 15 minutes including setup.
  • ACCURATE CUTS: The jig cuts 600mm, 616mm, 635mm and 650mm wide worktops up to 40mm thick, with or without anti-drip postformed edge. Features left and right-hand corners with 400mm radius peninsular joint and 35mm kitchen door hole.
  • EASY SETUP: The jig comes with 10mm diameter plastic pins with tapered shoulders for a tight fit, providing three-point pin contact to ensure ease of setup. The pins are made from ABS plastic for strength.
  • VERSATILE BOLT RECESSES: The jig has two open-ended bolt recesses (dog bone style) for 150mm bolts, making it versatile and suitable for a range of worktops.
  • PRECISE PENINSULAR CUT: This kitchen worktop jig allows for precise cutting of a 400mm radius peninsular joint, ensuring a professional finish every time.
