Vallejo Game Color Neutral Grey (18ml)

The neutral mid-grey that no palette should be without. Vallejo's Neutral Grey is endlessly useful — for stone, uniforms, hair, mixing to knock back other colours, and building smooth greyscale gradients. A quiet workhorse that turns up on nearly every project.

Best for

• Stone, uniforms, hair and greyscale gradients; muting other colours
• Brush it straight on, or thin with Airbrush Thinner for the airbrush
• Self-levelling formula keeps brush strokes from showing

A drop mixed into any colour tones it down towards a more natural, weathered shade.

The mixing grey you'll never be without. Pair it with a black wash to shade and a pale grey to highlight.
