Preparation and Usage Before cooking rinse rice thoroughly in a sieve under cool running water. Method Place 50 grams of pudding rice in a medium sized saucepan, add 600ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bring to the boil and then lower heat to simmer. Allow rice to cook for approximately 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and serve. Pudding can be served hot or cold.

Storage Store in a cool dry place. For best before date see front of pack.
