The pockets are adjustable so if a dive in warmer water means you don't need as much weight you can easily reduce the capacity without the need to swap them out for smaller pockets. The weights themselves are stored within and inner carrier, allowing the diver to unclip and hand the weights over to the boat crew.

Because accidental loss of a weight can have major repercussions the pockets are fitted with sophisticated buckles that are strong, durable and resistant to salt water and extreme temperature.

The XDEEP weight pockets are mounted on the waist strap of the harness and screwed down to the backplate. This ensures that nothing moves to the sides and the weight remains in its place all dive long, even when you roll to the side or stay upside down.
