XO Garlic Sriracha - 2 Year Aged

This ain't your regular shop bought sriracha. We fermented a tasty vat of fresh red jalapeño with garlic and gave it some alone time for well over TWO YEARS.

The aging process has created an umami rich, tangy, and complex sauce that is both delicious af and proper versatile. The perfect table sauce that can be poured on everything, except your cereal; but who am I to judge? 

This ain't your average shop bought sriracha. We took fresh red jalapeños and garlic, fermented them to perfection, then let them hibernate undisturbed for over TWO YEARS. 

The result? A deep, complex, umami-packed sauce that’s rich, tangy, and seriously moreish. Proper versatile too. Drizzle it, dunk it, slather it on just about everything (except your cereal… but who are we to judge?).
